Exmarkets disappeared while I still had money on the exchange

I had a small amount of money on Exmarkets and then found that the site was gone. I could not see a reason for the disappearance or find a clear route to access the account.

Even a small balance matters when an exchange becomes unavailable without explanation. I would keep independent records of deposits, balances, wallet addresses, transaction IDs, and support contacts rather than relying on the exchange interface alone.
