FxPro approved withdrawal remains missing

My USD 660 withdrawal was approved on September 23, but the funds have not arrived. The transaction history shows it as offline and reflects the equivalent amount deducted from my wallet, while later withdrawals were received normally.

I have requested a payment destination, proof of payment, or tracing reference but have not received one. I need the transfer traced and either credited correctly or returned to my account.
