I withdrew $1,600 through a Malaysian local bank transfer. JustMarkets marked the transaction as completed, but the money never arrived in my bank account.
I supplied my April bank statement showing no incoming payment and repeatedly asked for a transfer receipt or bank reference number. Instead, support requested my May statement when the month had barely started and the document was not yet available.
A completed status should be supported by traceable payment information. Without a bank reference, neither I nor my bank could locate the supposedly completed transfer.
