Zenfinex removed $29,828 in confirmed profits days after my trades closed

I am disputing the removal of approximately $29,828.34 from my Zenfinex trading account.

The trades had already executed across seven currency pairs, and I received account statements reflecting the results. Days later, the broker reversed the profits and referred to a technical quoting error.

I asked for evidence showing how seven separate pairs were affected, who unwound the transactions, and whether the account had actually been operating under the ECN conditions represented to me. I did not receive the trade-level explanation I expected before the balance was changed.
