I tried to buy a pool stick from a seller I found through Instagram.

The seller wanted payment in crypto through Cash App. I sent it because I thought some sellers just preferred crypto, but after that the supposed shipping company also wanted to be paid in crypto.

That second payment request made the setup clear. The product order was only the first step, and the shipping process became another way to demand money.
