SparkFX left me unable to reach anyone about my money

My experience with SparkFX was that money could go into the platform, but I could not get a reliable person to speak with or a clear path for resolving the account problem. I was left without meaningful accountability for the funds.

Before sending money to any trading service, make sure there is a working support route and a documented withdrawal process. I would not rely on promises alone after this experience.
