Crypto-Gate withdrawal was disabled after a pump-group deposit

I found a Telegram crypto pump group through Twitter and opened an account at Crypto-Gate after the platform asked for ID verification and two-factor authentication. I deposited USDT, bought the coin promoted by the group, and saw a balance that appeared to grow.

When I tried to withdraw, the option was disabled. Support told me I had to deposit more USDT to unlock it, then claimed the amount had to be exact; I lost roughly $1,500 and would like others to recognize this withdrawal-demand pattern.
