Quotex blocked my account after rejecting my crypto withdrawal

I had used my Quotex account for deposits and withdrawals before requesting another crypto payout in June. The withdrawal was rejected, and the account was then blocked. I could no longer reach the reported balance of about $1,500, and I did not receive a useful explanation from support. The sequence was alarming because the restriction appeared immediately around the withdrawal request. I would not leave more money on this platform than I could afford to have temporarily inaccessible.
