STP Trading removed profit and deducted part of deposit

I deposited USD 250 and later faced repeated order-closing failures even in normal market conditions. When I requested a full withdrawal, I was told that my trading violated rules, but no trade IDs or technical evidence were provided.

My profit was removed and USD 37.92 was also deducted from my deposit. I need the exact records behind the allegations and a proper reconciliation of the account balance.
