Gelyxy.com showed me a large casino balance and then required a $100 deposit to withdraw

I found Gelyxy.com through a stream showing slot games and signed up to see how the site worked. It gave me free credit, and the balance shown on the site increased dramatically after I played.

When I tried to withdraw, the site said I needed to deposit $100 to verify my identity first. That requirement made no sense to me because the balance was already displayed in my account and the site claimed to deal in cryptocurrency.

I did not want to send money simply to test whether a withdrawal would be allowed. A verification demand that requires a fresh deposit after a large apparent win is a major red flag. I would advise anyone seeing the same promotion to pause before paying a verification fee.
