Telegram vendor Ben_Carson523 kept inventing new reasons for more payments

Please do not buy from the Telegram vendor using the handle Ben_Carson523.

The payment requests did not stop. After the first payment, more reasons appeared for why another payment was needed, and the situation kept stretching further. That is the familiar Telegram vendor trap: the product, payout, or service never arrives, but the excuses keep changing.

I am logging this so nobody else pays out of desperation. Avoid Telegram vendors who cannot provide a verifiable business identity and a normal buyer-protection process.
