My withdrawal from Safe-Option had not been paid after three months. During that period, my emails and calls went unanswered. The account manager who had previously encouraged me to add funds also stopped responding, and the live-chat channel did not provide help.
I had been directed to the broker through Copy Buffett Auto Trader. Before using it, I had asked whether the broker was safe and was reassured. I tried the automated trader twice, stopped after noticing losses, and then traded manually, where I made a profit. The problem came when I tried to take money out.
The contrast was clear: communication was available while funding was being encouraged, but it disappeared when I requested a withdrawal. Three months without payment or a substantive explanation was not a normal processing delay to me.
I am reporting this so others do not rely on a referral service's reassurance as due diligence. Keep the referral material and every message from the broker, and test withdrawal access before building a larger balance.
