I looked into Novaro.vip while trying to understand the project and the people connected to it. What concerned me was that the website did not provide meaningful public information that I could use to verify the service.

For anything involving crypto, I need to know who is operating the platform, what the product actually does, and how users can obtain help if something goes wrong. I could not get that clarity from the site itself.

I am sharing this as a caution rather than claiming a completed loss. A lack of public information does not prove misconduct, but it is enough reason for me not to send funds or connect a wallet until the platform can be independently verified.
