Oron Trade kept more than $15,000 stuck for five months

I have two Oron Trade accounts with a combined balance above $15,000. For five months, my withdrawal requests were not processed despite repeated calls and messages.

At one point I was told that I could withdraw only $100, but even that smaller request was not paid. My funds have remained stuck, and I need an actual payment rather than another unsupported assurance.
