I submitted a withdrawal request through JustMarkets and watched the request move through all the normal processing stages.
Eventually the platform updated the transaction status to completed, which made me assume the funds were already on the way to my bank account.
Days passed and nothing arrived.
I contacted both my bank and the broker multiple times trying to determine where the transfer had gone. My bank confirmed no incoming payment existed while support repeatedly insisted that the withdrawal had already been processed successfully.
Being trapped between two institutions pointing fingers at each other has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have had as a trader.
