Fiscalsmartexchange was not a platform I would use without verification

The Fiscalsmartexchange name and domain would make me pause before treating any contact as a legitimate financial-platform offer. I would check authorisation before taking any further step.

The FCA added Fiscalsmartexchange / fiscalsmartexchange.net to its Warning List on 3 August 2026. The FCA says this list contains firms and individuals it is aware of that are not allowed to operate in the UK.

I would not claim a customer deposit or loss where the notice does not state one. The FCA says users of unauthorised firms do not have Financial Ombudsman Service access and are not protected by the FSCS if the firm fails.
