GWFX: missing funds and login restriction concern

I became worried after seeing transactions and account activity that I could not properly reconcile. At the same time, access to the platform became unreliable, making it harder to check the account or raise the issue promptly.

When money and login access are both in question, support needs to provide a full explanation quickly. That did not happen in my case. I would advise traders to keep independent records of their orders and balances rather than relying only on the dashboard.
