CoinEx left about $12,000 unavailable for withdrawal

I was able to make deposits to CoinEx, but I later found that I could not withdraw approximately $12,000 despite repeated attempts. In my experience, this left me without access to funds I believed were mine to withdraw.

I am sharing this as a warning based on my own experience, not as a conclusion about anyone else's account. Before placing a significant amount on this exchange, I would be cautious and make sure I understand the available withdrawal and support options.
