Ashford Klein claimed I owed HSBC and threatened court without proof

I received a call from someone using the name Brian Starks and claiming there was a file about a debt owed to HSBC.

The caller threatened court action if I did not comply and make a payment. When I checked directly with HSBC, I was told there was no debt like the caller described.

The pressure was built around fear, not proof. I would not pay any collection caller who refuses to provide proper debt validation.
