I sent a crypto deposit to BitMart and could see on-chain evidence that the transaction reached the destination. The funds did not appear in my account, so I opened support case 1432337 and provided the transaction proof. Despite that evidence, the deposit remained missing and I did not receive a satisfactory resolution. When blockchain records are available, an exchange should be able to explain precisely whether a memo, network, wallet, or internal-crediting issue is preventing the balance from appearing.
