Is HQBroker actually regulated? Something doesn't add up

Not saying it's definitely a scam, but I've been trading with HQBroker for about 3 months and a few things are bothering me and I wanted to see if anyone else has noticed.

They told me they're regulated by CySEC but when I went to the CySEC website and searched the license number they gave me, it doesn't match the company name. The number exists but it's for a completely different firm. Could be a data error on my end, not sure.

Also my withdrawal request from two weeks ago still shows "processing" with no explanation. Small amount, only €400. Customer support replies with the same copy-paste message every time.

Maybe I'm being paranoid but if anyone else has successfully withdrawn from them recently I'd love to know. Starting to get a bit worried.
