The explanation I've received for almost four weeks has been exactly the same.
According to support, their banking partners are undergoing upgrades and withdrawals are temporarily unavailable.
Meanwhile, deposits continue to function normally.
Each week I receive promises that the issue will be resolved within a few days, but nothing changes.
