My withdrawal of USD 1,156 has remained unresolved for about 22 days. I was told that a CRM update was responsible for the delay, but I have not received a proper timetable or proof that the payment is being processed.
I am not disputing a trading loss or asking for special treatment. I am asking for the withdrawal to be completed and for a documented explanation if there is any legitimate compliance issue.
