QuantumFX Pro showed price spikes that never appeared anywhere else

I trade currencies full time and I rarely complain publicly, but what happened on QuantumFX Pro genuinely shocked me.

I funded an account with roughly $2,300 and everything seemed normal during quiet sessions. The problems appeared during high volatility news events. Several times I noticed strange spread expansions and sudden spikes on their charts that I couldn't find on TradingView or my other broker feeds.

Last Thursday one of those spikes triggered multiple stop losses and wiped out a large portion of my account within seconds. I sent screenshots comparing the pricing differences and expected some technical explanation.

Instead, their support department simply told me market conditions were responsible and closed the ticket. Since then my live chat access has mysteriously stopped working. Something about the whole experience feels completely wrong.
