Spartora Trader cancelled my $2,500 payout request without an explanation

After trading for more than two weeks, I requested a $2,500 payout from my live account. I had checked with support beforehand that the account was eligible, and the platform accepted the withdrawal request.

When I checked again, the request had been cancelled without an explanation. I needed the firm to clarify why it was cancelled and process the payout if my account remained compliant.
