Alpari restricted my trading access after I funded the account

I funded the account expecting to trade normally, but I lost access and could not get a clear resolution from support. I was moved between contacts while trying to understand whether my account, funds, and withdrawal options would be restored.

A platform can look established and still create problems at the account level. Before trusting any broker with a larger amount, confirm which legal entity holds your account, export your records regularly, and test both account access and withdrawals while the balance is still small.
