Soundscape would not let my mother transfer out her money

My mother lost about $200,000 to a crypto company called Soundscape. She was asked for more money and could not transfer her funds out once she realized the situation might not be legitimate.

Our family began looking for help through law enforcement, IC3, and consumer-protection channels. I am documenting the name because the inability to withdraw and the request for further payments came after a very substantial loss.
