Paid To Trade gave conflicting information about my instant account

I chose the firm because I was looking for clear rules, an instant account, and weekly payouts. I was told that my instant account was live, but the dashboard showed it as a demo account; when I asked about this, I received a different explanation.

The conflicting information made it difficult for me to understand what type of account I had purchased. I needed a consistent written explanation of the account status and payout arrangement.
