Withdrawal missing and MT4 disabled

I deposited $1,000, traded for a while, and made more than $1,300 in profit. After requesting a withdrawal, I waited several days but the funds never arrived.

When I tried to log into the client area, I could no longer access it and my MT4 was later disabled as well. I emailed support but received no response, and I need access restored or my full balance paid.
