Main Report
Aerionix Capital positions itself as a premium offshore broker offering tight spreads and high leverage for retail forex traders. I migrated a portion of my capital over to trade major currency pairs. After a highly volatile trading session where I managed to secure roughly $2,100 in net profits on a news spike, the broker immediately stepped in.
Less than an hour after closing my winning positions, I received an automated email stating that my account was undergoing a "compliance review." When I attempted to log in, my balance had been reset back to my initial deposit, and all my profitable trades were completely voided. The broker's compliance team issued a generic statement accusing my account of "arbitrage price manipulation and latency exploitation," providing zero log evidence to back up the claim.
They are running a classic "B-Book" shop configuration where they act as the direct counterparty to your trades. When a trader wins big, they simply delete the profits to protect their own bottom line. They are operating without a valid Tier-1 regulatory license. If you trade here, your winning trades will simply be erased.
