My BC Game profile was compromised despite 2FA and my $3,500 win was withdrawn

My BC Game profile was compromised even though I had two-factor authentication enabled. The attackers connected their own C Wallet to my profile.

While I was playing, I won around $3,500. The funds were withdrawn through the wallet connection before I could secure the account. I contacted both BC Game support and C Wallet support, but I am still trying to understand what evidence or account records I should preserve.

If anyone has handled a similar linked-wallet takeover, I would appreciate advice on the next legitimate support or reporting step.
