RKX rejected my profits and still would not return my deposit

I deposited $100, made a profit, and then submitted a withdrawal. It stayed pending for five days before I received an email saying that the profits would be removed and that I could withdraw only my original deposit.

Even that did not happen. After 31 days, I still could not withdraw my deposit and received an error saying that the operation was not allowed. I need the original funds returned and a written explanation for the restriction.
