Falconridgefx.org support tickets remained unanswered after requesting account closure

Closing my account turned out to be far more difficult than opening it.

When I first joined Falconridgefx.org, support agents responded almost immediately and regularly checked in.

Once I decided to leave and withdraw the remaining funds, the responsiveness disappeared.

Three separate support tickets have now gone unanswered.

I'm sharing this because the contrast between the initial service and the current silence has been impossible to ignore.
