Everything was functioning normally until one morning when my password simply stopped working.
I tried resetting it several times but never received the promised email.
Live chat initially blamed scheduled maintenance, but the explanation changed each time I contacted them.
It's now been over a week and I still cannot access the account.
I'm posting this because I noticed a few other people mentioning similar issues elsewhere.
