DeltaFX blocked my account after I made a $1,100 profit

I deposited $2,000 and made approximately $1,100 in profit. When I submitted a withdrawal request, the account was blocked by the administrator and I could not access either the initial deposit or the profit.

I need a clear reason for the block and a fair review of the withdrawal. A platform should not allow an account to trade normally and then remove access when a client asks to withdraw.
