Propfirm.com never got back to me about my challenge

I tried to get help after purchasing a challenge, but my emails did not lead to an actual resolution. The replies only said that the team was working on it, followed by no meaningful update.

Without a real support channel or a clear answer, I could not move forward with confidence. For a paid challenge, I expected someone to take ownership of the issue.
