I received an email from PAYMONADE asking me to provide or confirm my tax residency. I had never heard of the company or used its app, so I did not understand why it appeared to have my information.
I had previously used Binance and later opened an OKX account, but I could not independently establish whether this email was connected to either service or whether it was legitimate.
Do not send tax documents, identity records, or account details to PAYMONADE based only on an unsolicited email. Verify any compliance request through the official account or support channel of the platform you actually use.
