My husband and I started using Elev8 after a friend recommended it. During the first two weeks, deposits and smaller withdrawals were processed normally.
The situation changed after we increased the amount deposited into the account. Our next withdrawal was denied, and support said that further information would arrive by email. No useful explanation arrived.
I completed the steps requested by the company and submitted the withdrawal again, but it was rejected even faster. What concerned me was that the platform could immediately decline the request while support could not explain the reason.
