MEXC blocked my account after two €5,000 deposits

Starting July 8, I made two €5,000 deposits into my MEXC account. My account was then blocked for an enhanced due-diligence review. I submitted the requested documents, but my review was rejected and I was asked for information about transfers from my Binance and Bitget exchange accounts.

According to my account of the issue, the transfers had neither been credited to MEXC nor returned to my bank. MEXC replied that its system may perform risk-control analysis and pointed to its risk-control guideline. I would urge anyone in a similar position to preserve deposit records, submitted documents, and every support response.
