BtcDana deposits rejected and wallet funding delayed

I deposited around USD 150, but both deposit attempts were rejected. I also experienced lengthy delays with wallet-related payment handling and have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I need the rejected deposits reconciled against the payment records and a clear confirmation of whether the funds will be credited or returned. Funding problems should be handled transparently and promptly.
