RevenueRiver.net recruited me through a fake crypto job and cost me about $3,200

I was recruited into a supposed cryptocurrency job opportunity connected to revenueriver.net. It began with a LinkedIn job listing that opened and closed within only a few hours, followed later by direct text messages offering me an alternative role.

The people involved had enough details about the original contact to make the story feel credible. I asked questions and noticed some warning signs, but I still let my guard down because the job was presented as a legitimate way to earn money.

I lost roughly $3,200 through this setup and know of another person who lost more. I am documenting the domain so others do not mistake a crypto-related job offer for a normal recruitment process. Verify the company independently before sending money, handling funds, or accepting a role that requires financial activity.
