Bullwaves removed balance after latency-arbitrage allegation

My withdrawal of EUR 994.56 was denied on the basis of alleged latency arbitrage. I reviewed my MT5 history and found that the rapid trades were not the source of the profit; most profitable positions were held for minutes or hours.

I sent that analysis to compliance but received a generic reply, after which the account balance was adjusted to zero. I need the technical evidence supporting the allegation and a documented review of the balance adjustment.
