My KYC-verified BTCC account was suspended on 19 August 2026, leaving approximately 7,800 USDT inaccessible. After weeks of template support replies, BTCC alleged market manipulation.
The trade they referred to was closed at a loss, and I was not given specific transaction evidence, timestamps, or an explanation of their methodology. I am documenting my account-access complaint because I still do not have a clear explanation for the frozen balance.
