Wallet support asked me for €1,180 to fix a supposed synchronization anomaly

After an accidental transfer into my crypto wallet, I completed KYC, source-of-funds checks, and several fee payments. Support said the account had been unrestricted, but an outgoing transfer still never reached the receiving wallet.

I was then told there was a synchronization anomaly requiring node re-indexing and account-network synchronization. The support contact asked for €1,180, a signed statement, and a selfie holding my ID before it would release or refund the funds.

I have not paid the €1,180. Do not send more money to an unverified support contact for a wallet-synchronization or node-reindexing fee without independently confirming the request through official support.
