Bitfinex put my withdrawal on hold after I completed its KYC requests

I received cryptocurrency as payment for work and tried to withdraw it. Instead, my account was placed under KYC review and the withdrawal was put on hold.

I supplied documents showing the source of the deposit was legitimate, but the review says Bitfinex continued asking questions about other exchanges and investment activity without providing a release timeline. My concern was the prolonged hold and lack of a clear decision.
