I used SLOGEM for contract trading and had no issues making deposits. The platform itself appeared to function normally and my account showed gains.
Problems started immediately after I requested a withdrawal. My request remained pending for days and customer support gave different explanations each time I contacted them.
Eventually they stopped responding altogether and I have been unable to access the funds in my account.
